The Hoodoo Factory Episode 10 - President Part A

In this episode of The Hoodoo Factory we discuss the episode President. This is the first of three episodes in our “Jimmy Publicity Stunts” unit. Part A is the game show portion of the Hoodoo experience. In the ABSA Fever round we’ll discuss some of our favorite scenes, quotes, keepsakes, and more. In the Marty Party round we’ll discuss our answers to these hard hitting questions:

• Is it The Real Deal (I buy it) or The McNeal Perspective (I’m selling it)?
  • Lisa was the one who established an oppositional stance with Mr. James, therefore it was fair game for Mr. James to manipulate her.
  • Lisa is more selfish than Bill in this episode.
  • At the press conference, Jimmy James comes off better after answering lisa’s questions compared to after answering Bill’s questions
  • It is acceptable that Jimmy pulled this stunt.
• Have an Adequate Day by playing “would you rather.”
  • Would you rather have your coworkers hold an intervention about your haircut and appearance OR have one of your closest work friends begin proudly wearing a terrible, terrible facial hair choice and you have to tell him it’s repulsive.
  • Would you rather have a coworker slap a velcro button onto your chest every time you take it off OR watch one of your best friends embarrass themselves badly at a press conference.
  • Would you rather spend a day at an amateur porn convention looking for a story you’ll have to report on air the next day OR have an important relationship conversation with someone continue as they enter and use the toilet with the bathroom or stall door open.
  • Would you rather have the job of asking embarrassing “humble brag” setup questions to a friend at a press conference OR have the job of asking difficult, potentially embarrassing questions to a friend at a press conference..
  • Bonus consequence: Have three women standing together see you and shriek, spit water on you, and backhand slap you, in that order.
