We’re on a break! Doing the podcast remains a pleasure, and we fully intend to make more episodes in the near future.  However, this project requires coordinating 3 schedules on 2 coasts, and a fairly intensive prep/time commitment to make happen.  It can get hectic. We feel this is a good time for us to take a few months off, maybe watch some episodes without a notepad and pencil, and return to the fun soon. We also have Thad developing content for the feed during our Hoodoo Hiatus, which we hope will pass our rigorous inspection process by early May. We appreciate everyone’s support and well-wishes, and look forward to returning later this year!

Hello fellow WNYXicans. We have some bad news to share with you. Despite our best efforts, we are currently experiencing an outbreak of ABSA fever at The Hoodoo Factory. Out of an abundance of caution, we will be temporarily shutting down factory operations. Our main goal is to contain the ABSA fever outbreak. Don’t worry about us. We will be going into hypersleep for the time being. In the meantime, our best electrician is working on an updated antidote to ABSA fever. When it’s safe, we plan to reopen the factory doors and resume production of the high quality Hoodoo you have come to expect. Until then, remember to wash your hands thoroughly and keep an electrician on standby just in case.

We will also have a segment specific to our “multi-verse” theme!

Welcome to the recapisode for our Everything, Everywhere, All at WNYX unit. In this unit we covered the episodes Space, Sinking Ship, and Daydream. Joining us to discuss this unit of episodes are Allen Rueckert and Jason Klamm, hosts of the NewsRadio podcast Dispatches from Fort Awesome. In Part A of our recapisode we’ll give Jason and Allen a pop quiz, ask them to assign some superlatives with us and have some general discussion about the episodes in this unit.
